Sea inside

Ramón (Javier Bardem) has been bedridden for almost thirty years in the care of his family. His only window to the world is the one in his room, which overlooks the sea, where he suffered the accident that interrupted his youth. Since then, his only wish is to die with dignity.

Two women have a great influence on his life: Julia (Belén Rueda), a lawyer who supports his cause, and Rosa (Lola Donas), a neighbor who tries to convince him that life is worth living. But they too, captivated by Ramón's luminous personality, will rethink the principles that govern their lives.

He knows that only those who truly love him will help him undertake the ultimate journey.
