A large modernist building characterized by its expansive dimensions. It features a slate roof combining large domes with French-style mansard roofs. The large windows and rich ornamental decoration stand out. This manor was owned by Montero Ríos (1832-1914), a former Prime Minister, making it a significant venue for political discussions. Currently, it houses the headquarters of the Forest Research Center of the Xunta de Galicia, turning the estate into a valuable showcase of forestry species. The botanical garden, which hosts species from around the world, is noteworthy. The interior of the manor is not open to the public.
