Lugo's Roman wall

This wall was built over 17 centuries ago, dating back to the 3rd century. It forms a perimeter belt of 2,200 meters, with more than 70 towers and standing at a height of ten meters. Initially, it had only 4 gates, but more were added, reaching the current ten. Visitors can stroll along the top, soaking in panoramic views of the city. Within the walls lies Lugo's historic center, recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
