The Interactive Museum of the History of Lugo is a highly innovative project, both in its architecture and museum installation. The building's cover is, in fact, a large wooded garden of 11,300 square meters, featuring a set of sunken circular courtyards. The underground architectural complex is composed of cylinders standing over 8 meters tall. In total, it includes over four thousand square meters distributed among various spaces, including a permanent exhibition hall, an auditorium, a library, a café, and a store. It is owned by the City Council of Lugo and managed by the Department of Culture, Tourism, and Promotion of the Galician Language.
