This ten-thousand-square-meter building was constructed in the late eighties with the purpose of housing the newspaper "Galicia, the newspaper of the Galician Institute of Information." It also featured meeting rooms, an archive, a library, workshops, and an impressive auditorium. Eventually, it transformed into the cultural hub of the Sargadelos Group. Although it closed its doors in 2011, it remains nearly intact to this day.
