In 1945, architect Jacobo Rodríguez-Losada Trulock designed this building, notable for its size and location in the city, and distinguished by its classical allure. The commitment to its aesthetic appeal endured when, over 50 years later, in 2002, renovation works initiated with the aim to encourage a more rational use of the facilities. This theater has a seating capacity of 845 and is owned by A Coruña's Provincial Council.
