A country estate with a manor house, covering an area of 12 hectares (120,000 square meters), surrounded by a river and walls, located in a rural area—an open valley surrounded by gentle, wooded hills.
Part of the property is used as pastureland, with livestock, numerous springs, and various structures (including an old washhouse), while another part is dedicated to trees and woodlands.
The house features sections from different periods; the main section features a stone inscription stating that it was rebuilt by a military captain in 1710, and there is another inscription on the opposite side indicating that the work was completed in 1714. This area shows clear military influence, with highly symmetrical architecture, as well as bourgeois influences, featuring high ceilings and several rooms and bedrooms (7); in addition to impressive stone staircases on each side of the house, it has a large balcony overlooking the meadow; The upper level houses the bedrooms and living rooms, while the lower level is dedicated to stables and a storage area.
The interior walls are decorated with period paintings; the doors and cabinets are made of solid wood.
There is another older section where you can see a hearth, a stone oven, and other ancient structures, such as a small bedroom.
In total, the house has a floor area of about 500 square meters, on the ground floor.
Surrounding the house are other structures; the most distinctive is a chapel, without altarpieces but featuring an altar and a complete bell tower, as well as some paintings that are still preserved, though not in very good condition.
There is also an old, very well-preserved stone granary.
It also features a more modern barn, built of stone and slate, and a stone threshing floor where farm work was carried out.
The property also includes wooded areas, all accessible by trails.
One of the most beautiful and spectacular areas is the one bordering a river with a moderate flow, from which water is drawn to irrigate almost the entire property via a canal; the riverbank is lined with scenically beautiful areas, featuring waterfalls, backwaters, and rougher, wilder sections.
In addition to this, there is another nearby house—which also belongs to me—that is more modern in style, blending modern and older architectural styles, which can also be viewed and used.
