With the conviction that certain cinema of the past remains modern, and the belief that it continues to influence and converse with contemporary trends, LOST & FOUND was created to contribute to the rewriting of film history, grounded in the idea that the field of what we have been told in recent decades can indeed be expanded. The distributor is therefore launched with the mission of rescuing the work of filmmakers who were not fortunate enough to appear at the forefront of encyclopedias, yet whose films are remarkable and deserve to be discovered or reconsidered.
